We deliberately use the word "collaborative" when we talk about strategic planning.  Too often, strategic planning processes are not implemented because stakeholders do not feel engaged, involved or committed to its success.

We strongly believe that senior leaders can no longer come up with a "vision" and tell people where they will be going as an organization.  They must be committed to an inclusive and participative planning process that creates a shared picture of the future worthy of people's commitment.

This is not easy.

We have worked with many organizations to help them design and implement a planning process that meets their needs and connects with their culture.  The outcomes have been strategic plans that are clearly understood throughout the organization, supportive of organizational values and produce powerful results.
